Ben was born in Phoenix, Arizona and is married to Donna Hedberg (Office Manager), father of 2 adult children. Ben, Donna, and family enjoy cycling, camping, mountain bike riding, fishing, kayaking, Mountain Man events (cycling races, group triathlons) as well as annual vacations to Oak Creek Canyon, Rocky Point/Puerto Vallarta, San Diego, and the White Mountains.
Educational Experience
Ben is a Board Certified Coach (BCC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and member of the International Association of Coaching (IAC) providing services to clients with a broad range of issues. Ben has 25 years of experience working with men 21 years and older. Ben has a Master’s Degree in Counseling (MC), Bachelor’s Degree in Business (BPA), and received professional coaching training at the College of Executive Coaching. Ben is the founder of Life Coaching for Men, LLC and the Professional Counseling Practice of Ben Hedberg, MC, LPC, BCC, LLC.
Passion for Performance
Outside of coaching, Ben is an avid cyclist who trains for and participates in competitive road races and events. This passion for pushing boundaries and achieving peak performance mirrors his approach to life coaching for men. He understands the importance of discipline, dedication, and overcoming challenges, all of which are valuable skills that translate into achieving personal and professional goals.
